Bardwell Development recently completed the development plan and sale of a luxury condominium development in the heart of Baton Rouge. The site is located at the corner of Goodwood Boulevard and Lobdell Avenue in the Seven Oaks area. Plans include 70 two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 1,200 to 2,100 square feet. Prices will range from the $200's to $400's. Baton Rouge-based Remson Haley Herpin Architects designed the development. Madison Park amenities include private garages, elevators for easy access, secured entry, balconies with grand views and more. The project is being built by Richard H. Cappo Construction of Baton Rouge.
